Role at Staffordshire IT

Ben provides necessary support to our customers on their individual IT systems. He responds directly to any service request, and fixes computer issues for our clients either over the phone or remotely using specialist software. Ben provides essential advice and guidance for customers as and when they request it, his responsibilities also include monitoring the backup system to ensure our customers servers have a means of recoverery from any server failure that may occur.

Previous Experience

Having worked in a workshop environment, Ben’s previous experience has resulted in him having a great knowledge of hardware repair and support, which he now passes on to our clients.

Qualifications

Ben has achieved a variety of qualifications:

CompTIA A+

CompTIA Network +

BTEC National for IT Practitioners

 

He is currently studying:

Microsoft Technology Specialist (70-680)

Microsoft IT Professional (70-685)

Windows 7 Enterprise Technician

When these courses have been completed Ben will be a Microsoft Small Business specialist, and even more compotent at supporting our clients in Windows 7 desktops!
