The Windows and OSX server support is even more in depth; as well as the above we will log in regulary check backups, virus updates, service pack updates and general server health is all tip top and with our cutting edge remote monitoring tools we even get notification straight from your server to our email boxes and phones letting us know when there is an issue, meaning we often know about problems and have sorted them before it disrupts your business.
On the odd occasion we cant sort it remotely or for new installs a man in a van will be with you asap to perform an onsite fix and get you up and running.
