To complement our locality and exciting new managed support service, we have a staff that bring a combined experience of 50 years and training in almost every possible technology, who excel at “break-fix” problems and installations.  We do all the normal stuff that you’d expect: Network & Server Installations, Data Cabling, Repairs, Data Recovery, Virus Removal, On-site & Remote IT Support, Maintenance Contracts… but, unlike many support companies, we also bring years of experience with Sage and Quickbooks installations, CCTV & security access controls, bespoke software production, PAT testing, web design, hosting and SEO to the party!

We are very flexible in our pricing and coverage and can provide 24-hour monitoring (including 12 hours a day of direct access to our Tamworth-based engineers) with full and unlimited remote control help for an amazing £7 per PC and from £70 Per SBS Server. We even give you as standard a Service Level Agreement of 2 hours for PC’s and 1 hour for a server- a generous offer on its own, not to mention the fact that our trained experts usually have the situation under control in about 30 minutes!  We want to fix your faults and issues ASAP so you can get on with your day.

On the occasion when we can’t sort out a situation remotely, or for new PC, server or network installations, one (or more if need be) of the 5 full time chaps that make up the IT support team will travel to your place of business to perform a swift fix to get you up and running.
