The initial investigation, reportage and parts location is always free of charge and we’ll call to talk through the problem with you and explain how we intend to fix it. We will also discuss a total fixed fee for repair before we continue. On the odd occasion when the item is not viable for repair (i.e. when its going to cost more than purchasing a newer model) then we can advise you on a good deal. We will also provide an assessment report and letter to your insurance company if a claim is to be made on business or home insurance.
