December 30, 2011Social networking for business?
In today's society, well over half of people with a phone, will have a smartphone. With this, they will be able to access a massive collection of apps and services: primarily, social networking apps. At Staffordshire IT, we see our business as something to be enjoyed. There are times when we are stressed, yes, but we can sleep soundly at night, knowing that every single one of our customers has received the best service and care we can physically offer. We embrace the use of twitter and other social networking sites, because we want to make it easy for anyone, customer or not, to get in touch. To tell us if they are having an issue, or to just tell us that they love us (aww). We all love our jobs here, and because of this, we can take an idea, and make it a reality: only because we have the passion to do so. With the help of social networking, it makes it easier for anyone to see what sort of people we are; it makes it fast and simple to ask us questions; and predominantly, it allows us to communicate with the world. It ensures that we are constantly updating everyone about the changes we are making and how it will affect them. It allows us to amuse and entertain with tech news and events. We may even post just what we are doing in the office. We do our jobs and we do them well. We are everywhere, so you can get us if you need us. We will reply to everyone's cry for help. We are everywhere: We are Staffordshire IT.
