Staffordshire IT win Drive Master installation and support contract.

Covering their four main sites connected together over hardware VPN and with multiple remote users all dialing in to multiple servers including small business servers, terminal servers, SQL Server's, Blackberry enterprise server, NAVision server and their own in-house bespoke management software. Drivemaster depend heavily on a reliable working IT system. We were commissioned to provide an audit of the current system with a view to reduce the amount of servers and to simplify and therefore increase the speed and reliability of the network and also move the main server farm to their new head office sited at Mackworth, Derbyshire.

We look after all servers, PCs, laptops, Apple Macintosh computers, switches and data backups via a mix of regular dial in server maintenance, telephone and remote control support as well as regular on-site visits. We shall also be working with Drivemaster on an ongoing basis to provide new installations as and when the needs arise.
