We provide full & unlimited remote control AND on-site support for an amazing £15 per PC and from £75 per server (per month). Our standard rates include a signed Service Level Agreement of 2 hours response on a server and 4 on a PC. Our remote support and maintenance capabilities allow us to begin addressing your needs within minutes, as if we were sitting right at your desk. We’ll get your problems solved so that you and your staff can get on with your day.

Our Windows and OSX server support is even more in-depth: in addition to the services described above, we regularly log in to check backups, virus updates, service pack updates and general server health.  With our cutting edge remote monitoring tools we receive notification straight from your server to our inboxes and phones whenever there is an issue, meaning we often know about problems and have sorted them before they ever disrupts your business.

On the odd occasion that we can’t sort it remotely (or for new installs), a man in a van will be with you A.S.A.P. to perform an on-site fix and get you up and running.
